A pioneer in the provision of professional services for Chinese companies going public overseas, Ringo is EY Asia-Pacific IPO Leader.

Having led and managed more than 40 initial public offering (IPO) projects of Chinese companies in major stock exchanges across the world, including New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq Stock Market, Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and London Stock Exchange, he is seasoned in providing audit and advisory services to various companies.

With more than 25 years of experience in providing IPO services to EY’s assurance clients in Mainland China and Hong Kong, Ringo engaged with organizations from various sectors, including technology, media and entertainment, health care, oil and gas, clean technology and railway transportation.

He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
