With over 20 years of strategy and operations consulting experience, he has led multiple large-scale transformation and operations programs in electronics, automotive and consumer industries across the globe.
Mads holds a PhD in Mathematics from Eindhoven University of Technology, an MSc in Statistics from Technical University of Denmark, and is a former officer of the Danish Army.
