Business consulting services
We provide services for improving business efficiency and its value, reducing costs, managing risks, working with modern information systems, and solving operational and strategic business tasks.
Audit services
We audit financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and national accounting standards (US GAAP, UAS). We also provide services for preparing financial statements, for financial accounting, and for arranging the transition to IFRS.
Tax and law services
We provide consulting services to ensure tax law compliance, legal support of transactions, preparation of statutory reporting, tax and financial accounting.
Transaction consulting services
We provide services by facilitating the raising of funds, selling or purchasing assets, restructuring, making a joint venture, IPO operations. We help our clients value their businesses, stocks, intellectual property, brands and other assets.
Core business services (CBS)
The CBS specialists ensure the promptness and efficiency of our corporate operations. CBS includes: Finance Department, IT Department, HR Department, Administration, Marketing Department, and In-House Legal Department.
