Analyzing Persona: We dive deep to understand learning needs and compare the existing learning experience with what's required.
Experience Modeling: We design tailored learning experiences at the level of educational programs, curriculums, and systems.
Strategy Selection: We strategically choose the best approaches, learning methodologies, and technologies for the project.
Implementation of Instruction: We lean on established learning models like Bloom, ADDIE, Gagne, SAM for effective instructional design.
Storyboard Creation: We lay the groundwork with detailed scenarios and narration for the learning program.
Experience Testing: We put our designs through rigorous testing with a sample of learners based on the earlier defined persona.
Program Handover: We deliver the completed program materials to the client, along with our expert recommendations.
Documentation: We provide clients with persona descriptions, Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) summaries, and Learning Journey materials.
Support: We conduct necessary follow-up activities and offer additional support where required.
