Fabrice has over 20 years of experience in Asia-Pacific, US and Europe, with more than 8 years in Asia-Pacific.

Over the years, he has worked with key executives to deliver profitable growth and operational productivity improvements in challenging environments. He has built a deep knowledge in the Beverages and Food industry and extensive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Route-to-Market and other disciplines of channel and customer strategies.

He has successfully provided multiple Revenue Growth Management projects and Route-to-market Transformation for CPR clients across Europe and Asia-Pacific, having spent the last 8 years of his career serving clients across Asia-Pacific markets including China, ASEAN, Japan and Australia.

Fabrice holds Master of Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and from Ecole des Ponts, ParisTech.
