Huy is a EY-Parthenon Director, Transactions and Corporate Finance, EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN). He has over 11 years of professional experience with a deep focus on M&A advisory and corporate finance, along with extensive experience in working with and advising top-level executives and leading institutional investors. His sector expertise covers financial services, technology, logistics, e-commerce, healthcare, and retail.

Prior to joining EY Consulting VN, Huy held a leadership role in the M&A advisory practice of a leading Big4 firm, where he directly led numerous complex and landmark M&A transactions in the market. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from the Foreign Trade University, Vietnam. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of CPA Australia.
