Lea is a Manager with considerable experience in Life Sciences, Medtech and Healthcare. Against a backdrop of complex challenges, she is motivated by the fast pace of innovation in global health, and advising clients on how to improve their corporate, digital and long-term value strategy.

Lea is also EY’s Global Lead for EQUALS: the UN founded global partnership dedicated to bridging the digital gender divide. Lea works with leading international organizations to develop and deliver gender transformative digital skills training across the globe.

Prior to her current role, Lea was the Chief of Staff and Strategic Advisor to Julie Teigland (then CEO of EY GSA) where she helped develop EY’s growth strategy. She ran the internal transformation program and Strategic Execution Office,  developing strategic communications and change management concepts.

Lea has a MSc in International Business with a major in Finance from HULT International Business School; studying in Boston, Shanghai and New York City.

How Lea is building a better working world

Using innovation and technology as a spring-board to a more sustainable and inclusive status quo, Lea has been busy:

  • Creating a MVP concept and business model to self-screen a common chronic disease both remotely and digitally
  • Developing access strategies to COVID-19 rapid testing
  • Identifying opportunities to generate and provide genomic insight services in Europe
  • Designing a digital badge education program for girls and young women across the globe
  • Building a pro-bono business platform with 80+ large companies to integrate refugees into the German Labor force under the patronage of former chancellor Angela Merkel
