An experienced professional in next generation consulting, education and ownership strategies, Lauri leads the EY Global Next Generation services that help support and advise future leaders on their individual paths toward success.
Experienced in governance, succession planning and strategic growth issues faced by family businesses and their individual owners, he also heads EY NextGen Academy, the organization’s market-leading global program for next generation professionals.
Prior to joining EY in 2012, Lauri worked with family businesses and their owners for more than 10 years in advisory capacities.
He earned an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics.
