How Sharon is building a better working world

“Boards play an increasingly important role as the influencers of EY clients’ strategic directions. While working with boards, EY teams focus on cross-border issues that are integral for success today — from navigating digital disruption or challenging traditional views of talent development to embracing new ideas and driving value for the long-term. By challenging boards to consider these critical areas, EY teams help them impact their organizations and the communities they operate in.”
