Areas of focus

Mira’s work bridges several key technologies that are top of mind for innovation leaders, policymakers, and the public: artificial intelligence (AI), the metaverse and quantum technologies.

An industry-recognized thought leader, Mira drives cross-sector understanding of the ethical impacts of emerging technologies and how to operationalize responsible innovation at scale. She has also delivered workshops on AI ethics, quantum ethics, generative AI, emerging regulations, and approaches to AI governance for external and internal audiences at senior levels across industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mira worked in the financial services sector, gaining significant experience in data and technology governance in functions ranging from e-discovery to enterprise architecture. 

Mira holds an MSc in Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford, and a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto.

How Mira is building a better working world

Mira leverages her skill set to help clients engage in effective horizon scanning, identify and respond to emerging technology risks, and embed the right governance structures to enable innovation with integrity. A social scientist and philosopher by training, she is an advocate and champion for bringing non-traditional talent into the emerging technology ecosystem to power a more equitable, reflective and responsible innovation landscape.
