Andy is the Consulting Leader of EY Belgium. He has extensive experience helping organizations manage technology risks, strengthen cybersecurity and accelerate digital transformation.
Prior to becoming Consulting Leader, Andy led EY Belgium's Cybersecurity practice and served as Talent leader. He also acts as Global Client Service Partner for leading Belgian organizations and has been deeply involved in talent development and people initiatives across the region.
Andy holds a master's degree in Business Economics and a qualification in Computer Audit. He has also earned EY Learning and Experience Badges in Diversity & Inclusiveness and Disruptive Technologies.
