Emilie is a partner in the EY Law transaction tax and tax controversy department. Emilie deals with all tax aspects of M&A transactions (buy side and sell side), acquisition- and financing structures, (cross-border) corporate restructurings and management incentive plans. Emilie’s practice also includes assistance in relation to tax controversy matters, especially with regard to withholding taxes, corporate restructurings and management incentives.
