Throughout his career he has gained experience in strategic pricing and analytics in industrial manufacturing, payments, medical devices and transportation sectors among others.
Assignments range from value-based pricing projects, shaping ecosystem monetization strategies, and defining price policy to leading the definition and execution of pricing transformation programs.
His industry background in pricing and analytics, coupled with his consulting experience, enables him to easily identify the value levers and issues of clients around pricing and revenue optimization to propose solutions and strategies specifically designed with implementation in mind.
Simon regularly delivers keynotes and thought leadership on the topics of pricing in various professional communities as well as the academic world.
