As a principal in the Financial Services Technology Consulting practice, Yang focuses on technology-led change that strengthens resiliency and unlocks growth by incubating AI-native solutions. He helps organizations reimagine their business models for an AI-driven world: responding faster, operating at scale and building the required capabilities. 

With more than 20 years of experience, Yang has delivered end-to-end engagements from strategy through implementation across financial services, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and government contracting. His extensive experience spans IT strategy, solution and data architecture, data management and governance, business intelligence, transformation roadmaps, enterprise program leadership, and systems integration. He also led strategic alliance partnerships from go-to-market planning through delivery and oversaw the financial services data and analytics practice for banking and capital markets.

Yang has an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua Business School and a BS in Finance and MIS from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
