EY announces strengthening Life Sciences Transformation offerings

Zurich, 1 November 2023 – Ernst & Young AG welcomes employees from workforce transformation consultancy “LIVEsciences AG”.

Ernst & Young AG aims to strengthen its position, drive innovation and address the increasing demands of the life sciences market with the addition of a new team, led by the former “LIVEsciences AG” founders Timm Urschinger and Steffen Keller. This team will bring significant experience and skills in strategic advisory, leadership and organizational development, widening EY’s scope of services within the EMEIA Workforce Advisory teams.

Simon Olive, Partner and Leader for Workforce Advisory at Ernst & Young AG, confirms this latest transaction “helps position EY services for continued growth in the Life Sciences sector in Switzerland and beyond. The new team will significantly enhance the existing offerings in strategic advisory, workforce transformation and leadership services with a focus on the challenges specific to Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical clients.”
