Margit is the D&I project lead for EY Switzerland. She strongly believes that equality is not an aspiration, it’s fundamental to unlocking the full potential of the working world. To help to accelerate achieving equality, she applies her knowledge and strengths in understanding how to reach people to lift mindsets and trigger behavioral change. She plans, develops and implements inclusion initiatives including gender diversity targets focused recruitment efforts, unconscious bias trainings, targeted development programs and communication campaigns.
