With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Louise has supported organizations through business development, large-scale transformation and human capital change. She is driven by helping companies streamline and digitalize people and HR processes to support long-term performance and unlock value. Louise holds a master’s degree in Road and Waterway Construction from Sweden’s Royal Institute of Technology. She has also studied at Imperial College London and worked in, among others, Great Britain and the Middle East.
