Mark is a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP in Tysons, Virginia.

He is currently the EY Global Compliance and Reporting BEPS Leader, driving the global EY organization's BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two compliance strategy, service offerings and network enablement. He also serves as the EY USLI Global Operations Leader, heading transformation initiatives across the region and advancing the development and implementation of global service delivery and technology standards.

Mark has more than 33 years of leadership experience as a tax market leader, sub-service line leader, and global technology and data leader, driving tax and finance strategy as well as other tax service offerings for a variety of clients across multiple sectors.

He holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from DePaul University.
