Michel serves as the EY Global Assurance Analytics Leader, overseeing the global data strategy — including automation, analytics AI — across Assurance for more than 130,000 professionals and 70,000 projects. He is also an audit partner, advising clients on data, AI, innovation and digital strategy, and supports consulting engagements focused on finance transformation, process intelligence and data and AI.
With 15 years at the global EY organization, Michel brings deep experience across Assurance and Data Science. He is the Global Microsoft and Databricks Alliance Leader for Assurance and has authored internal white papers on big data, technology stacks, automation, analytics and AI. He frequently represents the organization as a subject-matter professional at conferences, universities, podcasts and industry events.
Michel holds a BS in Accounting from the University of New Mexico, a Master of Accountancy from Arizona State University and is a CPA in California.
