Yashika is an associate director in Global Information Security within the global EY organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio, where she leads the global Credential Protection Services and Solution Design team, helping safeguard highly privileged accounts and critical systems across regions.

She has a strong track record of providing innovative security solutions, leading high-performing global teams and advancing operational excellence across global organizations. She is also committed to empowering women technologists across cybersecurity.

With more than 18 years of experience, Yashika focuses on privileged access management, Active Directory security, and enterprise credential governance. She holds an MS in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (Pilani) and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delhi.
