In recent years, Daniel has supported multinational companies with impact analysis of the BEPS initiative and other international and national legislative initiatives. He also advises on the tax implications of implementing new business models. Daniel is the president of the Tax and Legal Commission of EXPERTsuisse and a member of the Tax and Finance Commission of Economiesuisse.
In April 2025, Daniel was appointed chairman of the Board of Directors of Ernst & Young AG in Switzerland.
