John leads the disruption readiness, cities and natural resources agenda as one of the Insights Directors for EYQ, a global EY think tank that convenes, creates and connects around the question: “what’s after what’s next?”

In a series of global roles over his nearly 20-year career at EY, his work at EYQ has been informed by extensive exploration of business issues and trends in VC, entrepreneurship, cleantech and energy. These include stints as Research Director for EY Global Venture Capital Advisory Group and for the organization’s Global Cleantech Center.

John has also worked as Program Director for EY Global Energy Reform and Unbundling solution, part of EY Global Power & Utilities sector.

John earned an MSc in European Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in International Studies from American University.
