In her role as a Senior Manager of Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice in EY Estonia, Kätlin serves as a dedicated advisor for clients from all the Baltic States. She is specialized in the evaluation of complex accounting issues and transactions and writing position papers under IFRS and Estonian GAAP. She has specific interest in the areas of consolidation, drafting of financial statements, first-time adoption of IFRS and transaction accounting (e.g., business combinations and other forms of reorganizations).
Kätlin has gained her experience and expertise from auditing and advisory co-operation with international and local entities as well as collaboration with international teams in fulfilling the clients needs and expectations.
Kätlin is an Estonian Certified Auditor. She has BSc (Hons) degree in International Accounting from the University of Glamorgan and a master’s degree in Business Finance and Accounting from the Tallinn University of Technology.
After graduating from the bachelor’s degree in 2012, Kätlin joined EY as an audit consultant. Diversified teams, challenging engagements, trust and room for independence are the key elements playing a role in thus long journey in EY.
