Experience in financial auditing and management consulting, including assisting government and private sector clients in strategy development, assessing and improving organisational structures, business processes, e-Services, key performance indicators and reporting, information systems, general control environment, risk management systems and corporate social responsibility frameworks.
Currently, Linas is EY CESA Government and Public Services Sector Leader and EY Baltics Consulting Leader.
Former responsibilities include People and Learning functions responsibility.
Linas has a Master’s degree in business management from Vilnius University in Lithuania, including an exchange programme with Sheffield University Management School in the UK.
