Olesia is the leader of Assurance practice in EY Estonia and the Financial Sector leader in the Baltics. She has been with EY since 2003.
Olesia has over 16 years of experience in audit and consultation having worked with many Estonian and international companies, mainly financial sector clients, but also many other fields.
Olesia is also experienced in risk assessment, risk analysis, internal audit, investigation procedures and other audit related services.
Olesia is an Estonian Certified Auditor, a Public Sector Certified Auditor, a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor.
Olesia has an MBA in Business and Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from University of Tartu.
