Expert in advancing the client's capital strategies and future vision. Adept in building strategy and executing M&A, divestiture, joint venture transactions and new entity stand-ups.

Aaron is a principal in the Strategy and Transactions group in Ernst & Young LLP United States with a focus on operational strategy and execution in the Financial Services sector. Presently, he leads EY FSO Operational Transaction Services practice nationally.

Maintaining a broad base of transaction experience in the financial services sector, Aaron has assisted clients in the banking and capital markets, asset management, insurance, and real estate industries as well as across various financial technologies specific to each sector.

His experience spans across the transaction lifecycle and multiple deal types, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures (e.g., carve-outs, tax-free spins), joint ventures, and new entity stand-ups.

Aaron has served as a strategic advisor for Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies in the development and execution of various transformational initiatives (global and domestic).

He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BArch in Environmental Design/Architecture from Texas A&M University.
