Carlos joined EY-Parthenon in 2018 as the TMT sector leading Partner in Spain and was appointed as Telefonica’s Global Client Service Partner in 2019. He has developed his career in strategy consulting boutiques with focus on TMT sector and digital transformation. He has led multiple projects on topics on the C-level agenda, such as turnarounds, commercial model definition and service and customer care channel optimization.
