Constantin has led the Strategy and Transactions team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (GSA) since mid-2018. He also leads the EY GSA Automotive and Transportation (A&T) sector services, since 2014.
He supports clients from the automotive and industrial products industry as well as diverse private equity sponsors.
His most recent work focused on the orchestration of complex international business transformations, which extended from the strategic blueprint to the full tax, legal and operative implementation support of the new business model. Another key focus is the support of complex global divestment projects, often in combination with global carve-outs – entailing operations, shared functions, IT landscape as well as employee transfers. Both are based on the multidisciplinary EY services.
Constantin holds university degrees in Economics: BA (ESB), BBA (Hons) European Management, and is a CFA charter holder.
