How Constantin is building a better working world

“As a trusted collaborator/advisor to EY clients on their continuous transformation journey triggered by today’s short-paced disruptions, I aspire to facilitate value creation both for the businesses and for society. Transparency, sustainability and trust play an essential role in a dynamic and diverse ecosystem as we know it today. At the same time, this responsibility is becoming extremely challenging due to our increasingly dynamic and digital world.

In my role, I consider myself responsible for setting a daily example for these values, demanding them as well as questioning their implementation.”
