Jay Paulson has more than 25 years of experience. He has spent the last 13 years working directly with teams around the globe on regulatory and quality matters and has extensive knowledge of audit standards. Jay has helped develop many policies, enablers and procedures that have been implemented globally. Through his leadership, the organization has received recognition from multiple stakeholders for improvements in quality and, internally, for improvements in our operations, which have helped Assurance Leadership, Quality Enablement Leaders and Professional Practices improve and monitor quality initiatives. Jay is focused on the Sustainable Audit Quality program and is a member of the Assurance Executive Committee. He has also served on some of the largest EY audits.
