With a professional career that spans more than 15 years, Mayis is a senior manager with EY US Strategy and Transactions and the team leader in the US Fairness Opinion practice.

He has led hundreds of engagements, including cross-border transactions for multinational corporations, advising corporate boards and company officers on matters related to complex transaction structures and their impact on transaction economics for his clients.

In addition, Mayis has deep experience in the consumer products, retail and technology sectors. He has directed engagements involving valuation of businesses, equity and debt interests and intangible assets for tax planning, financial reporting purposes and litigation support.

Mayis received his MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Economics from Yerevan State University, Armenia. He is a CFA charterholder.
