How Moriaki is building a better working world

We are now experiencing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation. I strongly believe that innovation is indispensable for companies to grow and develop, and innovation is impossible unless companies actively nurture a culture of diversity and inclusiveness. To develop an environment that values individual differences and enables everyone to demonstrate their full potential, it’s necessary to proactively identify solutions that also incorporate D&I perspectives, such as innovative business models both in and outside the firm and new working styles, while aiming to build a better working world.
