EY advised Lantmännen in the acquisition of Leipurin


EY has provided transaction advisory services to Lantmännen in their strategic acquisition of Leipurin from Aspo Plc, reinforcing Lantmännen's position in the food ingredients sector.

On August 15, 2025, Lantmännen, a leading Swedish agricultural cooperative recognized for its expertise in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, and food products across Northern Europe, announced its acquisition of Leipurin. This acquisition enhances Lantmännen's position within the food ingredients market. Leipurin, a prominent supplier of ingredients to bakeries, operates in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltic region and is currently a part of Aspo Plc.
