EY advised Verne on sale of managed private cloud operations

The transaction also includes Verne’s data center facilities in Pori and Tampere.

Verne’s strategic decision to divest its managed private cloud operations in Finland enables to sharpen focus on providing low-carbon, high-performance colocation services for the most demanding AI and enterprise workloads.

For Glesys, the transaction represents an important step in strengthening their market position in the Nordics and enhancing its capacity to deliver secure, energy-efficient and scalable solutions in the region.

EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor and EY Law as the sole legal adviser for Verne in all legal and regulatory matters. EY-Parthenon also provided financial vendor assistance and carve-out assessment services in connection with the transaction.

The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals by the authorities.
