Akinori Mizuno is the Co-Leader of Organization and Workforce Transformation, and a Partner for People Consulting at EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd.
He has more than 20 years of experience as a strategy, HR, talent and organizational consultant, beginning his career at an international consulting firm and now at EY.
He has led a broad range of projects for clients across diverse industries and sectors, including support for digital transformation, HR analytics, organizational culture transformation and change management, global talent management, technology platform planning and implementation, HR task streamlining and optimization, organizational design, talent development and outsourcing strategy.
He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo’s Faculty of Economics.
