Dr. Avantika Tomar

As EY-Parthenon India and MENA Education Leader, Avantika manages the growth agenda for the education practice, delivering client engagements in India and the Middle East, focusing on K-12, higher education, EdTech and public policy.

With over 13 years of experience, Avantika is an expert in education strategy and operations for global school chains, universities, public sector entities, and corporate and private equity firms investing in the sector.

Prior to EY-Parthenon, Avantika worked at other global management consulting firms, set up new practice areas, contributed to business development, project delivery, driving internal collaboration, building stronger market presence across banking, public, education and sports sectors. She has also worked for two large Australian corporates.

Avantika is a two-time TEDx speaker, and has delivered keynote speeches at many notable global conferences, including World Economic Forum. Avantika holds a Ph.D. in Strategic HR Management from IIM Calcutta.
