A seasoned tax executive with extensive experience across sectors, Denise is EY Americas Legal Entity Rationalization Leader and Ernst & Young LLP International Tax Principal, focusing on Fortune 50 companies. 

By applying her legal background and tax knowledge to broad business functional issues, she takes a cross-functional approach in helping clients achieve significant cost reductions by reducing their legal entity footprint.

A member of the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and New Hampshire Bar Association, her knowledge spans business transformation, international tax, transfer pricing and legal entity rationalization.

Denise holds a BA in Economics from Boston University, a JD in Law from Suffolk University Law School and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
