How Geoffrey is building a better working world

“In an increasingly complex world, I focus on bringing clarity of thought to build, communicate and provide strategies that help clients accelerate their growth. I have helped build and deploy innovative technology-enabled approaches that transform the way we support EY clients on their growth journeys.

Through the EY 7 Drivers of Growth, which I researched and authored, we support business leaders to focus on the key steps they need to take on their journey from start up to market leadership.

I lead the global teams which developed the tools to help business leaders focus on the key actions they need to take to accelerate their growth: EY Growth Navigator – a technology enabled face-to-face meeting, and EY Velocity – a digital platform which connects members with communities of like-minded business leaders. Both tools help leaders benchmark their own business against leading practices and build a growth plan tailored to their needs.”
