Jun Miyahara joined EY Tax Co. Ltd in 2005, and has since been supporting Japanese multinational companies to develop their businesses both domestically and internationally.
Within International Tax Transaction Services, he offers advisory services that focus on M&A/corporate restructuring including PMI advisory, such as tax structuring, tax due diligence, support for acquisition negotiations, post-acquisition restructuring and IP planning.
His international experience includes secondments to the EY Atlanta office from 2010 to 2012 and the New York office from 2019 to 2020. While in the US, he focused on Japanese tax advisory engagements for Japanese and American multinational companies in the areas of international transactions, M&A and corporate restructuring.
He is a certified tax accountant.
