Kazuto Kita is the EY Asia East and Japan Client & Industry Leader and an Executive Officer of EY ShinNihon LLC, leading a firm-wide markets strategy and driving the delivery of innovative services. He is focused on supporting value creation for clients in helping them to address cross-border challenges by enhancing collaboration between EY member firms responsible for Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax, whether in Japan, EY Asia East or globally. Leveraging his strategic vision and an ability to execute, he has established long-term, trusted relationships with clients to prepare them for diverse opportunities and challenges now and in the future.
Prior to joining EY, Kazuto worked for a multinational investment bank in Japan, gaining cross-functional experience and holding several leadership roles.
He is a qualified Certified Public Accountant in Japan and serves on the Banking Industry Committee of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
