Kenji Kuroki is a Partner in Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC (EYSN). His focus is the auditing of IFRS financial statements, supporting the introduction of IFRS accounting standards and assisting in the pre-listing preparations for IPOs as the IFRS Desk Leader at EYSN. He is also the knowledge lead for IFRS accounting standards for Assurance at EYSN.
On joining EY from a role at a financial institution, he became a key member of teams providing accounting audits and IFRS accounting standards services. His experience includes roles as chief auditor for companies applying IFRS and Japanese accounting standards, and delivering targeted services which leverage his skills and knowledge of financial institutions and companies in the IT sector.
He is a CPA and the Japan member of EY’s Global IASB Policy Committee.
