Masao Nagayoshi is the Chief Talent and Wellbeing Officer at EY Japan.

Since joining EY in 2012, he has served as the HR Leader at both Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC and EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd., before assuming his current role as the Talent Leader for the EY Japan Region. He has been responsible for Talent’s involvement in numerous transformation initiatives, including business restructuring, the introduction of shared services functions and the integration of HR systems.

In a career spanning almost 25 years, he has built his knowledge, skills and experience at several companies providing professional services. Prior to joining EY, he worked as an HR strategy consultant, supporting multinational clients across a wide range of services, including the formulation of HR strategies, organizational development design, HR system design, and post-M&A organizational integration. His international experience includes roles in London and New York.
