Osamu Suwabe became a Partner at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC (EYSN) in 2007 .
He served as the Risk Management Leader from February 2016, and as the Professional Practice Leader from July 2019. He resumed his role as Risk Management Leader in July 2025.
He began his career at Ota Showa Audit Corporation, a predecessor of EYSN , working on audits of life insurance companies, maritime shipping companies, major construction companies and department stores.
Outside of EYSN , he has also served as the chair of the JICPA Committee for Construction Industry Research and as a council member of the Foundation for Accounting Research in Construction Industry.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
