As Global Deputy Talent Leader, Scott works with business leaders to innovate, develop and execute global Talent strategies to further EY organization's growth and purpose, while driving exceptional experiences for EY people. Scott manages global Talent functions, as well as technology and operations. 

He was previously HR Transformation lead within the EMEIA Digital HR Centre of Excellence where he worked with organizations on the modernization and transformation of the HR function, focusing on technology and HR service delivery — including strategic use of AI.

Previously, Scott was the global Chief People Operations Officer for WPP, where he led major initiatives to simplify HR delivery and technology across WPP operating companies.

He also worked at Walmart, where he built and led Global Business Services for HR and was responsible for HR technology, shared services and transformation.  Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
