Takashi Ishizuka has experienced first-hand the shift in the role of accounting and finance and is proactive in incorporating new initiatives, based on his 15 years of broad experience working across finance and accounting including his role as a CFO in the manufacturing sector.
At EY, he continues to leverage this on-site and managerial experience to serve his M&A clients and offers services in integrating finance and accounting, especially in post-merger integration. Starting with finance reporting which is critical after a merger, he devises solutions that accurately serve the CFO’s agenda in the areas of post-merger governance and organization design, internal control, system integration, as well as effective and efficient distribution of management resource.
