As an EY Japan Tax partner, Takehiro Furukawa works on international tax, audit support for tax (Japanese, USA and international accounting standards) and projects related to tax risk management.
He is also involved in accounting standards conversion, J-SOX and US-SOX compliance work related to tax processes, and supporting documentation for the accounting of uncertain tax positions.
He has authored titles about tax risk management and FATCA compliance practice. He also contributes frequently to other professional magazines.
