As a partner in EY Japan’s Financial Sector and Transaction and Corporate Finance, Tomoyuki provides M&A advisory services centering on financial due diligence, lead advisory (sell-buy both side), structuring, value analyses, restructuring and post merger integration for domestic and cross border transaction.
He has extensive experience in the financial sector of banking, regional banking, investment banks, securities companies, life and nonlife insurance, leasing, credit card and consumer financing etc.
Tomoyuki joined EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2018.
Prior to joining EYSC, he worked for another big 4 Audit and Advisory Practice.
As an expert on M&A in the financial industry, Tomoyuki has been involved in many educational initiatives, including giving seminars to financial institutions and holding seminars and writing resources on M&A of Korean companies.
