Helping Japanese companies succeed globally through strategic transfer pricing.

Yoshiko Narita is the EY Japan Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) Tax Leader and a Partner of Ernst & Young Tax Co. Since joining the firm after supply chain management at a consulting firm, she has provided transfer pricing advisory services to a wide range of multinational companies across the manufacturing, technology, media and entertainment sectors, as well as major Japanese trading companies.

More recently, she has supported Japanese companies to establish and enhance global tax governance frameworks. She also assists clients to address increasingly complex tax matters, including tax audits in Japan and overseas, transfer pricing advisory for mutual agreement procedures and tax litigation, multilateral advance pricing agreements, and post-acquisition transfer pricing planning.

Her international experience includes a two-year secondment to California, where she worked in the EY San Jose and Irvine offices.

Yoshiko majored in political science at the Faculty of Law at Keio University, and holds a master’s degree in finance from Waseda University, both in Tokyo.
