Yoshitake Masuda joined EY Law Co. in 2021 as an Associate Partner. He has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer. Before joining EY Law Co., he worked in foreign and domestic law firms. Furthermore, he has experience as an in-house lawyer at a general trading company and as an auditor for a public company.
Yoshitake provides a wide range of legal services, focusing on legal support for domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He also advises on regulatory and compliance matters, including in digital and life sciences sectors.
Yoshitake has graduated from Waseda University (School of Law), Tokyo University of Science (Master of Intellectual Property), University of Michigan (USA/LL.M.), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium/LL.M.), and McGill University (MBA).
