Yutaka Matsuzaki is the EY Japan Market Leader for Energy and Non-Audit Services and a partner at EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. His focus is supporting clients from the oil, steel, non-ferrous and chemical industries to develop and implement business, organizational and system reforms across a wide range of areas, including sales, manufacturing, SCM, R&D, accounting and HR. More recently, he has been involved in numerous corporate-wide digital transformation projects leveraging various digital solutions.
He took on his current role as the Market Leader for Energy and Non-Assurance Services in July 2024, having joined the firm in November 2023 and assuming the leadership role in energy consulting in February 2024. After completing his university studies, he began his professional career at a foreign-affiliated consulting firm, where he supported companies in the energy and materials sector.
