Winna is the EY Americas Financial Accounting Advisory Services Private Equity Leader. She is also the host of EY’s NextWave Private Equity Podcast.
Winna has served clients in a variety of sectors including private equity, technology, life sciences, healthcare, retail, education, and manufacturing and distribution.
She has over 20 years of experience working with both global and fast-growing companies, leading large assignments including: IPOs, cross-border filings and transactions, audit engagements, IFRS-US GAAP conversions, M&A transactions and process improvement/finance transformation projects.
Winna holds a GDPA from McGill University and a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University.
Winna is a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Accountant (CA) in both Canada and Australia.
